Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

Clear photos showing the defect

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Defective items typically do not need to be returned.
